an affordability for every budget. These new NEXEDGE models come standard

Advancing Kenwood's audio heritage, the NX-240 / NX-340 provides users with
superb NXDN® Digital sound featuring new 1 watt audio technology. True 6.25
kHz very narrow band operation and compliancy with MIL STD and IP-54/55
standards means the new NX-240 / NX-340 is built for the challenge… no matter the
environmental conditions.
The new NX-x40 series portables come ready-to-operate including a 2,000 mAh
Li-Ion battery, antenna, belt clip and charger. The NX-240 / NX-340 is easy to
integrate into an existing Kenwood fleet, employing hardware connectivity for
audio and charging accessories found in 400, 402, 312, and 360 series portables.
The 40 series will continue to offer the same analog features as other Kenwood
platforms, including wireless cloning, channel voice announcement,
FleetSync® / MDC1200 PTT ID, and multiple signaling schemes.
