You reside outside of the United States, but we shipped your order from the United States.
Do NOT use this form if:
You reside outside of the United States, and your order was shipped to you from a third country (not from the U.S.A.).
Fill this form out as completely as possible and submit it online. We will issue RMA and shipping instructions to you shortly via e-mail.
- All returns for refund or credit are subject to 20% restocking fee (International returns - up to 30%).
- Please allow approximately 30 days for exchange or refund of your order.
- Your means of refund for returns will be the same as your method of payment. Refunds apply to merchandise only, not original shipping charges.
