SmarTrunk IITMcapability*
The IC-F3 or IC-F4 is compatible
with the the SmarTrunk IITM
trunking system when an optional UT-105 is installed. This cost effective
trunking system provides telephone interconnect, unit-to-unit calling and
several levels of priority. In addition, conventional mode is available
for operation in out-of-service areas.

Supports numerous signaling systems
CTCSS, DTCS encode/decode and DTMF
are standard, and either 2-tone decode or 5-tone encode/decode is optionally
available to meet a wide variety of signaling requirements.
Rugged construction
Durable design features a one-piece
polycarbonate front panel, aluminum die-cast frame and screw-type antenna.
