Midian Electronics DDU-400 Desktop G-Star™ ANI Display Decoder & Encoder with Local Remote Control
Midian Electronics' DDU-400 is a desktop display decoder compatible with Harris' G-Star™ (aka GE-Star) signaling format. The DDU decodes and displays the incoming ANI, as well as an alias and the time of the ANI. The DDU-400 can decode leading/trailing and Emergency ANI. The DDU-400 has a database capacity of 125 units. The DDU features an internal microphone and speaker for use as an extended local remote.

Applications
Midian's DDU-400 is ideal for monitoring radio communications in fleets, such as public safety, taxi, towing, etc. The DDU can also be used to control a remotely located base station radio up to several hundred feet away.
Installation
The DDU-200 can be fitted with most any base station radio.
