Telewave ANT150D7-12 VHF Base Radome Antenna
The ANT150D7-12 from Telewave is a dipole array antenna consisting of 8 elements and a precision phasing harness to ensure optimal performance. The antenna's horizontal pattern can be adjusted to meet current or future coverage needs. With its high gain, wide bandwidth, and excellent efficiency, the ANT150D7-12 is well-suited for a variety of applications, including public safety, business, trunking, and amateur radio.
Each antenna is made up of two arrays of 4 elements, with a power divider in the middle to minimize feedline losses. The dipole elements are constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and welded at the base for added durability. Additionally, each antenna is fully coated with Telewave's Txylan™ coating, which protects it from water, ice buildup, corrosive gases, UV radiation, salt spray, acid rain, and windblown abrasives. The phasing harness is also sealed using Telewave's Millenium Seal™ technology.
All components of the antenna are grounded for lightning protection, and each element comes with a heavy-duty custom clamp set for mounting to a 1.5"-2.5" diameter galvanized steel support pipe or tower leg.
