Additional Information:
Telewave ANT150F2 VHF Base Radome Antenna
The Telewave ANT150F2 is a rugged collinear antenna that has a decent amount of gain and can cover a wide vertical area. It is a small antenna that can perform in various environments. The antenna is made with brass and copper elements and has a path to DC ground to protect it from lightning impulses. All joints are soldered to prevent RF intermodulation, and the antenna is protected by a durable radome that can withstand harsh environments. This "Cool Blue" radome color provides maximum protection from corrosive gases, UV radiation, icing, acid rain, and windblown abrasives.
The ANT150F2 comes with the ANTC485 dual clamp set for mounting it to a 1.5" to 3" O.D. support pipe and a 24" removable RG-213 N-Male jumper. It has an installed height of 77" and uses a recessed N-Female connector as standard (a 7-16 DIN is available at an additional cost). It can also be inverted mounted by specifying "-I". Each antenna includes mounting clamps and a 24" N-Male to N-Male pigtail.
