Telewave ANT740Y8-WR Yagi Antenna
The Telewave ANT740Y8-WR is a high-performance directional antenna, designed for both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint applications. It delivers 8 dBd forward gain with an excellent front-to-back ratio. Built with solid aluminum elements, fully welded at 360°, this antenna ensures high durability and eliminates intermodulation.
The antenna is coated with advanced Txylan™ material, offering protection against icing, corrosive gases, UV radiation, salt spray, acid rain, and wind-blown sand. The feed line is enclosed within the boom, while the radiating element is sealed with a tough, RF-transparent radome to protect against ice and other environmental hazards.
The ANT740Y8-WR comes with a welded vertical mounting plate and mast clamp set, suitable for vertical masts or tower supports ranging from 1.0” to 2.5” in diameter. For horizontal installations, a horizontal welded plate is available, or the
ANTM940H adapter can be used.
For installations on angled supports, the Universal mount option offers 3 planes of rotation, allowing for flexible orientation. The "U" mount fits almost all supports up to 3.5” in diameter and can also be adapted to flat surfaces or utility poles, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
