When the PM1C1S detects low transmitter power, it triggers a latched relay, activating a red indicator light on the front panel. Both normally-open and normally-closed relay contacts are available for remote activation of alarms, lights, or other devices. A high VSWR condition triggers a second latched relay and light. These relays and indicators are reset via a front panel RESET button.
Additionally, the panel functions as an inline power monitor, displaying forward and reverse RF power levels on a 3.5-inch meter. A PM-2A power monitor for the relevant frequency band is mounted on the rear panel. The PM1C1S offers two meter scale options: 0-250 watts or 0-400 watts. The appropriate scale and frequency band should be specified when ordering.

The Telewave PM1C1S is an automatic alarm panel designed for low transmit power and high VSWR conditions. It features "true VSWR" circuitry and an integrated power monitor. The 2RU panel (3.5” x 19”) fits into standard racks or most base station cabinets, and can be powered by either 120 VAC or 12 VDC.When the PM1C1S detects low transmitter power, it triggers a latched relay, activating a red indicator light on the front panel.
