Telewave TLA-series Low-Noise & Bipolar Preamplifiers
The Telewave TLA Series in-line preamplifiers are designed to amplify low-level RF signals by up to 34 dB using surface-mount bipolar technology. These preamplifiers primarily enhance the noise figure in receiver systems, compensating for signal losses from splitters, lengthy coaxial cables, or other components. They also boost signal levels for spectrum analyzers and other test equipment.
Each TLA preamplifier is housed in a durable, RF-shielded aluminum enclosure. The DC input is protected against reverse polarity and includes a high-pass filter to reduce radio frequency interference (RFI). Preamplifiers are custom-tuned to the specified center frequency for each application.
Note: These preamplifiers are intended for receiver applications only and are not designed to handle transmitter power levels.
