The Telewave TPRD duplexers enable a transmitter and a receiver to operate simultaneously using a single antenna. The cavities in Telewave duplexers are constructed from ¼-inch thick aluminum top plates, which are permanently welded to the aluminum outer conductor for durability. The use of silver-plated tuners, beryllium copper finger stock contactors, and Invar tuning rods with threads guarantees maximum stability under temperature fluctuations, a higher quality factor ("Q"), and reliable performance over many years.
