Telewave TWPC-4510 Bandpass Cavity Filters
Telewave TWPC-4510-1 and -2 are 10” diameter, ¼-wavelength high-Q bandpass cavity filters with outstanding selectivity. They pass a narrow band (400-512 MHz) while blocking others, cutting transmitter sideband noise and shielding receivers from desensitization.
Factory-tuned with positive locking for simple field retuning. Adjustable coupling enables insertion loss from 0.5 dB to 2+ dB to tailor selectivity. The -2 model excels in high-density sites with minimal loss; multiple units can expand passband. Mounting rails included for multi-cavity systems.
Temperature-stable (-30°C to +70°C) using machined compensator and Invar rod. Ground Loop design grounds coupling loops at DC for lightning protection and noise suppression. Rugged construction: ¼-inch aluminum top plates heliarc-welded to body, rated up to 350 W (per loss setting). Alodined finish and similar metals prevent corrosion. Silver-plated tuners and beryllium copper contacts deliver low-loss, durable performance.
