Item Details:
Telewave TWR8, TWR16, TWR24 Series Compact Receiver Panels
Telewave Receiver Distribution Panels are designed to efficiently feed multiple receivers from a single antenna, reducing costs and tower loading while maintaining consistent signal quality, output isolation, and enhanced output levels.
Each panel typically includes a power supply, an inline low-noise preamplifier, and one or two 8-way splitters integrated into a standard 19” panel. The preamplifier provides up to +18 dB of system gain to compensate for splitting and cable losses.
Telewave receiver panels are fully shielded and offer sufficient bandwidth to cover entire commercial or Public Safety bands. Standard configurations include one input, 8 or 16 outputs, and a -20 dB sample port on a compact 7" x 19" panel. For the 700/800 MHz band, a 24-channel model is also available. For installations with limited rack space, the Telewave 1R and 2R series provide compact solutions, offering 8 or 16 channels in 1 rack unit (1.75" height) or up to 32 channels on a 3.5" panel.
Additional panels can be seamlessly added to expand the number of available outputs without requiring additional parts or tuning. Telewave panels are designed to integrate easily with existing systems. However, successful multicoupling often requires filtering between the receiver panel and the antenna. Telewave offers a wide range of high-quality preselector systems for both transmitters and receivers to meet these needs.
These panels deliver 8 or 16 matched 50-ohm outputs from a single input, with a typical isolation of 25 dB between ports. The antenna port is tuned with a matching network to ensure a balanced input, and a -20 dB sample port is included for external signal analyzers.
Telewave receiver panels can operate on +12 to +24 VDC or standard 120/220-240 VAC power supplies. Additional voltage options are available upon request. For uninterrupted operation during power outages, the DC input can be paired with a battery backup (note: charging output is not included). The tuning range and bandwidth depend on the frequency band and system components.
For custom requirements or to ensure optimal system performance, Telewave’s sales engineers are available to provide guidance and tailored solutions.

Notes:
1. All unused ports should be terminated with a 50-ohm load. The
TWL-01 RF terminator is recommended for this purpose.
2. Panel gain is measured from the input port to any output port and is factory-adjusted based on specific system requirements. If not specified, the standard gain is set to 6 dB.
3. Tuning range and bandwidth depend on the frequency band and system components.
4. Exact frequencies and system gain must be provided when placing an order.
