Telewave TZM-series E-Z Match
The TZM-Series E-Z Match is a 50-ohm impedance-matching device designed for permanent installation in a transmission line between a transmitter and an antenna. Featuring a Dual-Pi network with two variable tuning capacitors and a matching coil, it can correct a VSWR mismatch of up to 2:1.
To adjust for a mismatch, insert an in-line RF wattmeter between the transmitter and the E-Z Match. Tune the capacitors to achieve maximum forward power and minimum reflected power, after which the wattmeter can be removed.
The device comes standard with N-Male and N-Female connectors for direct connection to a transmitter output. Custom connector options, including N, UHF, or 7-16 DIN, are available upon request at an additional cost.
