The Telewave ANT350D series offers a versatile range of antennas, including single, dual, and quad-element dipole arrays, all equipped with a meticulously designed phasing harness to ensure superior performance. The design allows for adjustable horizontal patterns, making these antennas adaptable to any current or future coverage needs. Their broad bandwidth and high efficiency render them perfect for various uses, such as military communication, trunking systems, and commercial applications.
Each dipole element is crafted from durable 6061-T6 aluminum and features a welded base for enhanced strength. To ensure maximum durability, every antenna is coated with Telewave's advanced Txylan™, a protective layer that shields against water and ice accumulation, corrosion from gases, UV damage, saline mist, acid rain, and abrasive forces. The phasing harness benefits from the robust protection of Telewave’s Millenium Seal™ technology.
For added safety, all components are designed to be at DC ground potential, offering a safeguard against lightning strikes. The system includes a robust clamp set, tailored for each dipole element, facilitating secure mounting on galvanized steel support pipes or tower legs with diameters ranging from 1.5” to 2.5”.
Customers can request up to 15 degrees of electrical uptilt or downtilt for the D3 or D6-9 models, which must be specified at the time of order. Telewave encourages direct consultation with their antenna engineering team to ensure the specified tilt angle meets the customer's requirements.
