Lapel Mic Style (1-wire) with Noise Reducing Mic element and Special "Bullet" style speaker which tends not to plug up with wax as bad as coiled tubes plus has less audio leakage. Bullet speaker earphones have short, straight acoustic tubes that resist wax and moisture build-up.
