Maxon ER-9000 Series Basestation Repeaters
The Maxon ER-9000 DMR & Analog repeater is a top-tier, cost-effective solution designed for exceptional performance and durability, capable of operating at a 100% duty cycle with 50W VHF or 45W UHF output. Engineered for seamless compatibility with all DMR Tier II radios, it supports both Analog and Digital DMR modes, featuring an auto-sensing Mixed Mode that effortlessly integrates with both digital and analog radios in your fleet.
These digital repeaters enable two simultaneous talk paths in DMR and adhere to the ETSI Digital DMR Standard TS 102 361-1, -2, -3, ensuring interoperability with leading digital radio brands, including Motorola’s MOTOTRBO™ two-way radios.
The ER-9000 Series boasts a compact 1U rack-mount design, standing just 1.75 inches tall and 19 inches wide, making it an ideal fit for standard rack setups. It operates on both AC and DC power, equipped with a float-circuit that automatically switches to battery backup during AC power outages.
Maxon’s ER-9000 repeaters offer a distinctive mixed-mode, multi-site IP connectivity feature, enabling connections with up to 64 other ER-9000 units over the internet, including cross-band VHF-to-UHF communication. This functionality supports communication between digital and analog fleets, as well as cross-band UHF and VHF operations, via IP-linked ER-9000 repeaters. The rear accessory ports (DB26, DB15, DB9) provide versatile connectivity options and additional features. Programming, updates, and diagnostics can be conveniently managed remotely through an internet connection or directly via the RJ45 Ethernet port.
The repeater can be programmed using a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable.
