The Intelli Battery Charger is a multi-function intelligent battery charging system that has various special charging and discharging modes. When the battery is installed into the charger, the charger determines the usage status and charged condition of the battery. The battery's usage pattern is evaluated and the charger determines the optimal reconditioning interval. If reconditioning is not required, then the charger will resume charging. While charging, the LCD displays the present charging status and condition of the battery. When fully charged, the charger will stop charging and the LCD will indicate the battery is charged.
The Intelli series chargers are a multi-chemistry charger capable of charging: NiCad, NiMH, Li-Ion and Li-Po chemistries. The radio can be on while in the charger and be used in receive mode. The charger can charge both the Intelli (smart) and non-Intelli type batteries with or without the radio attached.
