All battery housings are constructed of US-imported Lexan PC, a tough
and flame retardant
plastic comparable in strength to that used in OEM Motorola batteries,
and much superior to
the ABS used elsewhere. Strict Quality Control procedures are applied
to 100% of product shipped,
including voltmeter testing of all electrical parts, and fitting on
the original radio and charger
to ensure correct fit and charging function.
Every battery is stamped with the date of manufacture, so you know you get a fresh battery.

This product has a one-year warranty against all defects in materials and workmanship.
Return policy in case of out-of-box failure (DOA battery):
Contact us for Return Authorization.
Return the failed item at our expense. At factory's option, the battery
is repaired or replaced
and shipped back.
Return policy for failed used batteries, still under warranty:
Customers ship them back at their expense.
Batteries will be repaired or replaced and shipped back at no additional
cost.

Taiwan, ROC; via Express Mail (EMS). FedEx, DHL delivery - optional.
Air Cargo shipping is available for larger
quantities. Local taxes and duty, if applicable, are responsibility
of the buyer.
There are no refunds and restocking on Ameradio battery
