I have a radio that needs repair...
If you purchased equipment from us and it is under warranty, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA, fill out the form to receive RMA and instructions via e-mail on how to return an item for repair.
Out-of-warranty items or radios purchased from other sources: use Radio Repair & Service form to send you inquiries.
