I need to return an item...
To return an item, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To request an RMA, fill out the form to receive RMA and instructions via e-mail on how to return an item.
For a refund -- you must request a return within 10 days of the receipt of your order. After 10 days, you will receive store credit only.
For exchange -- return defective merchandise within 10 days of order's receipt. If you wait more than 10 days to return defective merchandise, we will send it to the factory for warranty repair only.
Return merchandise freight pre-paid, with original receipt and in its original condition -- including cartons, packaging materials, owners' manuals, etc.
All returns for refund or credit are subject to 20% restocking fee (International returns - up to 30%) and all freight charges.
Receiving Department has 10 working days to evaluate the returned merchandise. If the item is not returned in its original condition, your refund may be subject to an additional 2025% restocking fee.
We exchange defective manuals and software for the same item only.
