Five instant-access function keys, the one-touch phone button, system switch
and group switch allow you to personalize the radio for your own needs.The

display is a 10-character contrast-adjustable dot matrix you can tweak
for whatever light conditions you're working under.
Meets Mil Spec 810 C, D, & E for shock and vibration
Compact in size, the GX4800UT has 25 watts of power and handles 20 systems
and 200 groups with one-touch ease. The GX48000UT is also compatible with
LTR ANI, which allows automatic wide area network
registration.
Dedicated phone button and easy DTMF operation
(with optional microphone) Hit the one-touch Phone button and 10-position
speed-dial, and automatic or manual DTMF dialing with overdial are at your
service.
Built-in interface for GPS, AVL, MDT, remotes and other
devices The world is a button away. With a built-in interface for GPS,
mobile data terminals, AVLs and remotes, geography is only a concept.
Aftermarket scramblers are interfaced with “plug-and-play” ease and if
data is your cargo, the GX4800UT zips it out at up to 9600 bps.
