GX5800T Radio
FEATURES
Compatible with 800 MHz LTR®, Privacy Plus®
and Conventional Protocols Of all the 800 MHz trunking mobiles you
can buy, only Standard offers radios compatible with both LTR® and
Privacy Plus as well as conventional operation. Of course it has dual-protocol
capability, but it also offers more convenience, customization, expansion,
ease-of-use and downright practical features than any radio in this price
range has a right to.
Five, user-programmable instant-access function keys
The GX5800T’s instant-access function keys and 10-character dot matrix
alphanumeric display make it easy to learn and easy to take advantage of
all it can do. There are five user-assignable function keys that let you

keys, you have one touch access to any five of the following:
-

-
Network (Enables network feature)
-
Scrambler (optional; enables/disables scrambled communications)
-
A/D (add/delete channels from scan list)

-

-

Network Compatible Despite its compact size, the GX5800T

wide area network registration.
Dedicated phone button and easy DTMF operation (with
optional microphone) If you need to phone home, the GX5800T makes it easy.

You get a dedicated phone button.

devices The GX5800T also has a built in interface for an array of GPS,
mobile data terminals, AVLs and remotes. It’s also “plug and play” with
aftermarket scramblers.
